Public offer

General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (the "Offer") under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The Contractor, OOO Topfriend (OGRN 1147746617094, INN 7701397460), offers any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to enter into a contract for access to the AI service on the terms of this Offer.

1.3. If the Customer does what is described in clause 1.3, that means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer, with no exceptions or limitations.

Subject of the contract

2.1. The Contractor shall give the Customer access to the web platform t.me/okigpt_bot for generating content with artificial intelligence (AI models), and the Customer shall pay for the services in the manner and on the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The services include access to the following categories of AI models:

Text generation: GPT 4.1, Gemini 2.5 Flash, Claude Sonnet 4, GPT 5.4 Pro, GPT 5.4, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite, DeepSeek V3.2, DeepSeek V3.2 Speciale, Qwen 3.5 Flash, Qwen 3 Max Thinking, Grok 4.1 Fast, Kimi K2.5, GPT 5.2 Chat, GPT 5.2 Pro, Claude Opus 4.5

Image generation: Nano Banana, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, GPT-5 Image Mini, GPT-5 Image, Seedream 4.5

Video generation: Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Refference, Kling 2.6, Kling 3.0

Audio generation: Suno 4.5, Suno 4.6, Suno 5.0, TTS 1 HD, TTS 1, Gemini TTS

Content editing: tools for editing images and video with AI

2.3. The full list of available models is published at https://oki.atfmedia.com/ and may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally.

Plans and prices

3.1. Token system:

Services are paid for with tokens (the service's internal currency), where 1 token = 10 Russian rubles.

Tokens are deducted from the Customer's balance for each request to an AI model. The price of one request depends on the model and the generation settings.

3.2. Subscriptions (monthly token top-up):

Subscription terms:

Tokens are added to the balance each month on the payment date

Unused tokens are kept and do not expire

The subscription renews automatically (this can be turned off in the account)

The subscription can be cancelled at any time

3.3. One-time token balance top-ups

One-time purchase terms: 1 token = 10 Russian rubles.

A top-up of any amount is available while any plan subscription is active

Tokens are added immediately after payment

Tokens have no expiry date

Tokens can be bought at any time

3.4. Combining plans:

The Customer may have an active subscription and buy extra token packs at the same time. All tokens are added to one balance.

Payment procedure

4.1. Services are paid 100% in advance.

4.2. Available payment methods:

Bank cards

SBP (Faster Payments System)

4.3. After a successful payment:

Tokens are added to the Customer's balance automatically

A payment receipt is sent to the Customer's email

The service is deemed rendered

4.4. Prices are in Russian rubles and include VAT.

How the offer is accepted

5.1. This Offer is accepted by:

Registering on t.me/okigpt_bot

Ticking "I accept the terms of the public offer" at payment

Paying for a subscription or a token pack

5.2. The moment the Offer is accepted is the moment the Contract is concluded between the Contractor and the Customer.

5.3. The Contract is deemed concluded in writing (clause 2 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Rights and duties of the parties

6.1. The Contractor shall:

- Give access to the service features after registration

- Keep the service available 24/7 (except during technical work)

- Add funds to the Customer's balance after payment

- Provide technical support at https://t.me/okigpt

- Keep the Customer's data confidential

6.2. The Contractor may:

- Change the list of available AI models

- Change prices, with 7 days' notice to Customers

- Suspend access if the Offer is breached

- Delete the account in the case of repeated breaches

6.3. The Customer shall:

- Use the service in accordance with the User Agreement

- Not generate unlawful content

- Pay for the services on time

- Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation when using generated content

6.4. The Customer may:

- Use all features of the service within the funds transferred to the Service

- Contact technical support

Liability

7.1. The Contractor is not liable for:

- The quality and accuracy of content generated by AI models

- The consequences of the Customer using generated content

- Individual AI models being temporarily unavailable for reasons outside the Contractor's control

- The actions of third parties (AI providers, payment systems)

7.2. The Customer is fully responsible for:

- Using generated content lawfully

- Respecting third-party copyright

- The accuracy of the data given at registration

7.3. The Contractor's maximum liability is limited to the amount the Customer paid over the last 30 days.

Force majeure

8.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or full failure to perform this Contract if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).

8.2. Force majeure includes natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, changes in legislation, acts of state authorities, DDoS attacks, internet outages, and other events outside the parties' control.

Term of the contract

9.1. The Contract takes effect when the Customer accepts the Offer and lasts until:

- The Customer deletes the account

- The Contractor blocks the account for a breach of the terms

- The parties terminate the contract by agreement

9.2. While a subscription is active, the Contract renews automatically each month until the Customer cancels the subscription.

Disputes

10.1. All disputes are resolved by negotiation.

10.2. Claims are sent to cfo@atfmedia.com. The review period is 10 business days.

10.3. If a dispute cannot be settled before going to court, it is referred to the court at the Contractor's location (Moscow).

Final provisions

11.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.2. The Contractor may change the Offer unilaterally, with 7 days' notice to Customers.

11.3. The current version of the Offer is always available at https://oki.atfmedia.com/

11.4. By accepting this Offer, the Customer confirms that the Customer has read the User Agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
