User agreement

General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between OOO Topfriend (OGRN 1147746617094, INN 7701397460, the "Service") and an individual or a legal entity (the "User") who uses the website https://oki.atfmedia.com/ and the services connected to it.

1.2. Use of the Service means the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. The Service may change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on the website.

Definitions

AI model (neural network) means artificial intelligence used to generate text, images, video, or audio.

Prompt means the User's text request to an AI model.

Generated content means the result produced by an AI model at the User's request.

Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Service provides access to a platform for generating content with various AI models:

Text generation

GPT 4.1, Gemini 2.5 Flash, Claude Sonnet 4, GPT 5.4 Pro, GPT 5.4, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite, DeepSeek V3.2, DeepSeek V3.2 Speciale, Qwen 3.5 Flash, Qwen 3 Max Thinking, Grok 4.1 Fast, Kimi K2.5, GPT 5.2 Chat, GPT 5.2 Pro, Claude Opus 4.5

Image generation

Nano Banana, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, GPT-5 Image Mini, GPT-5 Image, Seedream 4.5

Video generation

Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Refference, Kling 2.6, Kling 3.0

Audio generation

Suno 4.5, Suno 4.6, Suno 5.0, TTS 1 HD, TTS 1, Gemini TTS

3.2. Access to the Service is provided for a fee.

3.3. The Service acts as an aggregator of AI models and uses the APIs of third-party providers.

Registration and account

4.1. To use the Service, the User must register, provide a current email address, and create a password.

4.2. The User must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4.3. The User is responsible for keeping the account credentials safe.

4.4. If the account is accessed without authorisation, the User must notify the Service immediately at cfo@atfmedia.com.

User's rights and duties

The User may:

• Use the Service in accordance with this Agreement

• Generate content within the token balance

• Use generated content for commercial and non-commercial purposes

• Receive technical support

• Request a refund in accordance with the refund policy

The User must not:

• Generate unlawful, extremist, or prohibited content

• Infringe third-party rights (copyright, image rights)

• Do anything aimed at disrupting the Service

• Give third parties access to the User's account

• Use bots and automated tools without consent

Price and payment

6.1. Current prices are shown on https://oki.atfmedia.com/.

6.2. Payment is made by bank card, SBP (Faster Payments System), or e-wallets.

6.3. Funds are added to the User's balance automatically after a successful payment.

6.4. Subscriptions renew automatically. A subscription can be cancelled in the account.

Intellectual property

7.1. All rights in the Service belong to the Service or its licensors.

7.2. Rights in the AI models belong to the respective right holders.

7.3. The User receives a non-exclusive licence to use the generated content.

7.4. The User is responsible for using the content lawfully.

Liability

8.1. The Service is not liable for the quality and accuracy of generated content, for the consequences of using it, or for models being temporarily unavailable.

8.2. The User is fully responsible for the content of prompts and for using the content in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.3. The Service's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 30 days.

Final provisions

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

9.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Claims are sent to cfo@atfmedia.com and reviewed within 10 business days.

9.3. The User may delete the account from the account area.

9.4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
